Q. My credit card was not accepted, why?
A. We only accept VISA, Master Card and please make sure you used the correct card type. Other cards will not work. Note: Some debit cards may not work online, check with your bank.
Q. Am I able to use PayPal to pay for My Hosbay fees?
A. We accept PayPal, Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, direct deposit.
Q. I unsubscribed from hosbay promotional emails and newsletters. How do I subscribe again?

Q. Is my credit card safe for online orders?
A. http://hosbay.com.au/ website uses a Secure Server Technology (Secure Sockets Layer protocol, also called SSL). With this technology the characters are encrypted, making it impossible for a third party to intercept your personal information as it travels over the Internet. For your safety, be sure that you are on a secure network, in a secure location. Public computers and unsecure wireless networks do not produce the ideal situation for maximum online security.
Q. What if something is missing from my order?
A. First, please check the packing slip to see if your order has been sent in two or more boxes. If an item is back-ordered, that will be noted on the invoice and you should be notified by email. Please contact seller directly.
Q. Do I have to pay GST?
A. Since our business is in Australia, only merchandise shipped to Australian addresses is charged GST.

Q. How will I know when my order ships?
A. Shipping confirmation will be supplied to you by the Seller and a tracking number will be emailed when your package ships, sent to the email address you have supplied.
Q. How will you contact me regarding my order?
A. Our primary form of communication with you will be email, so it’s important that we have your correct, current email address. We NEVER sell or share our customers’ email addresses or any other information. Immediately after you place an online order our system will send an automatically generated acknowledgement. It’ll be the Seller’s responsibility to provide the information.
Q. What postal service is used?

Q. How long will my order take to deliver?
A. Please allow 2 - 7 days for your order to be dispatched and will be the responsibility of the Seller

Q. My order has not arrived. What should I do?
A. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched which will include your order tracking details. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery time to your area, use your order tracking details to find your order. The majority of missing orders are generally awaiting collection from your local post office. If convenient please contact your local Post Office to see if your parcel is awaiting collection or contact the Seller
Q. How do I place an on-line order?
A. Placing an order with hosbay.com.au is an easy and straight forward process. All our products are shown with a variety of options depending on the product. Select any required options such as colour and size, and the quantity you require, then click the "Add to Cart" button.
Once you have completed your order, click on the "Checkout" button. Enter your name and address details and click the "Continue" button. You will be transferred to our secure server where you enter your payments details securely. When you have completed your payment, click on the "Purchase" button. Your order will then be processed and you will be presented with a confirmation screen detailing your order. You can print this page for your receipt, and a confirmation email will also be sent to your supplied email address.

Q. How do I change the password / e-mail of my account?
A. To modify your password or e-mail address, please go to "My Account", and under the "Information" tab you'll be allowed to change your personal info. Please take note that for security measures you have to enter your current password to modify any information.
